what nfl player are you

I often joke that if I had an opportunity to play in the NFL, cheap jerseys I could do a decent job. But wholesale jerseys from china when I’m being honest, cheap jerseys from china I know it’s fantasy. I mean, wholesale nfl jerseys I’m no cheap nfl jerseys Tom Brady or cheap nfl jerseys Aaron Rodgers. I’m just average Joe with a decent arm and wholesale nfl jerseys from china some pretty good feet. So, wholesale nfl jerseys I asked myself, “Which current football player do I match most with?”.

To answer that question, cheap jerseys from china first I had to take an honest look at my own body and wholesale jerseys my skills. I’m 5’11” and 190 pounds with a pretty decent arm strength. I’m not particularly fast, but I’m shifty and can usually find ways to stay ahead of defenders. I’m a little better with my feet than I am with my arm, but not by much.

After evaluating my skill set, I thought about the current crop of top NFL players and which one I was like most. Immediately, Matt Ryan’s name popped into my head. He’s an established veteran quarterback who can make plays with both his arm and his feet. He’s also the same height and weight as me, which is pretty close to my build.

When I really analyze Ryan’s game, his style seems similar to mine. Like me, he’s not particularly fleet of foot, but he knows how to move quickly in the pocket and get out of trouble. He can extend plays with his feet, and he knows how to make good reads and find the open man. I could definitely learn a few things from watching him play.

The deciding factor for me was Ryan’s leadership style. I noticed he’s a cool and collected presence in the huddle and on the field. That’s the kind of poise I want to bring to the teams I’m on. If I can develop his level of composure, maybe I can be a leader like he is.

Ryan is a good comparison for me, but I’m not sure I could ever quite be him. That’s why I like to compare myself to a composite of some of the top players in the league. If I can take the best parts of their games and combine them to form my own style, then maybe I can reach the same level of success they have.

This is where my imagination takes it a step further. I start to think about how I can blend the best of each of their skill sets – perhaps the arm strength of Patrick Mahomes, the deep accuracy of Russell Wilson, the mobility of Lamar Jackson, and the reaction time of Tom Brady – into my own style of playing. I can only imagine what would be achievable if a player could offer these qualities in such a composite model.

This comparison of myself to top NFL players also allows me to recognize my own limitations. I can look at the speed of these players and realize that no matter how hard I train, I won’t be able to reach that level anytime soon. That awareness helps me temper my expectations and stay humble in my approach.

Then I extend the ‘what NFL player am I’ game to my physical attributes. If I had the size of JJ Watt, the strength of Calais Campbell and the agility of Joey Bosa, I would be an unstoppable force on the field. I think this type of fantasy role play has actually helped me reach my current level of success in football. It allows me to find motivation from players I aspire to be like, while also providing me a reality check and keeping me focused on doing my best.
